HandiSuccess was born from my own experience as an entrepreneur with a disability. Having seen first-hand the obstacles people with disabilities face in finding work or living from their craft, I wanted to build an answer based not on charity but on value: an inclusive approach driven by genuine heart.
Behind every application and every creation there is a person, a story, a talent. HandiTalents brings it to the companies that hire; HandiArtisan brings it to those that buy.

Our mission
HandiSuccess International is a Tunisian startup dedicated to the professional and economic inclusion of people with disabilities. We build digital solutions that support businesses in their inclusion efforts and showcase talents and know-how.
Our story
Founded in Tunis in 2023 and awarded the Startup Act label in July 2024, HandiSuccess International has built two complementary platforms: HandiTalents for inclusive hiring and HandiArtisan for responsible purchasing. In 2025, we signed agreements with ANETI, the National Handicrafts Office and the Tunisian Hotel Federation. In 2026, our work was recognised with the 3rd prize of POESAM (Orange Social Entrepreneur Prize in Africa and the Middle East), Tunisia national round.
